Redundancy Day 7 – Whatever, forever

Back to it after a weekend of leaving it as well alone as possible. One thing that you don’t consider is the repetitiveness of it all. Having the same conversation with people you know, and explaining what’s happened. I guess it does make it easier to deal with once you desensitise yourself to it by telling the same story again and again.

Redundancy Day 4 – Familiar Patterns

Another day, another post in the redundancy diaries! I have come to the conclusion that there is only so much you can do in a situation like this. As such the way I am looking at it, is to treat the looking for work like a job.

We’re at day 2 of this weird redundancy journey. Fair to say that the feeling of knowing your days are numbered at a place through no choice of your own, is not that lovely feeling of having handed in your notice and looking forward to getting into something new.
